Management

Joe McDowell

Joe began his career in the die cutting industry with Sandvik as a sales representative in 1990. In 1993 he took the position of Sales Manager for Channel Creasing Matrix. He became co-owner of Channel Creasing Matrix and CCM Die Supply in 1999. Joe has been instrumental in helping to develop various products for Channel Creasing Matrix and CCM Die Supply, including Magna coat, Super Coat steel rules and Plastrix Matrix. Joe has also consulted and taught creasing methods and applications.

Bob Stoddard

Bob became co-owner of Channel Creasing Matrix and CCM Die Supply in 1999. Prior to becoming co-owner, Bob worked for a number of years in the sales and management including, Vice president of Sales for Martin Miller of North America and Austrian steel rule manufacturer. He spent time in Austria training with several die making firms in the design and manufacture of of dies. Bob's extensive knowledge of steel rule products allows him to advise customers on product application as well as maximizing productivity and enhancing profits. In addition to his duties with Channel Creasing Matrix and CCM Die Supply, Bob currently serves on the Board of Directors of the IADD.
